When you provide us with basic information like your name, mobile number, age and language preference, we use it in combination with your purchase habits to deliver not only relevant news about products and services, but to also personalise your experience with us and be useful to you.
So by keeping your data, and with your consent to process it, you'll get exclusive personal deals and discounts that no one else, not even other members are offered. Just imagine going to the store and hearing a cashier say “the price for this item is usually 100 Euros, but for you it's only 75”.
We also obtain additional information about you from our analytics team and partners in order to understand more about how and when you use our products and services - for example, what you bought from a retail store and when. When you register for the Member Area you'll be able to manage your data and be in full control of all your personal information.
After you've registered for the Member Area, you can amend your personal details and preferences whenever you want, and if you ever want to remove the details you've given us, we'll wipe them from our system and you'll never hear from us again. When we remove your data we'll also anonymise any personal information we might hold on you, which means we won't be able to recognise that data as yours. We respect your personal information and we promise to handle it securely. We'll never sell it to anyone and we won't clutter your email or mobile with stuff you don't want.

These terms and conditions govern ‘Unique by Ermes’ rewards programme (thereinafter the “Programme”) operated by ULS UNIQUE LOYALTY SERVICES LTD, under which members earn rewards points (thereinafter the “Points”) via their purchases and receive additional benefits in accordance with the terms below.
By participating in the Programme, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Participation to the Programme is open only to qualified Clients, selected by ULS UNIQUE LOYALTY SERVICES LTD, at its absolute discretion.
Membership to this Programme is open to people who are 18 years or older.
On joining the Programme, each member (thereinafter the “Member”) will be assigned a Unique membership number (thereinafter the “Membership Number”) which will be the same as the mobile number provided during registration.
Membership Numbers are limited to one per person and are for personal use by the Member only. Membership Numbers cannot be shared or distributed or used for commercial purposes.
ULS UNIQUE LOYALTY SERVICES LTD reserves the right to suspend or cancel Membership Numbers, any benefits, or membership to the Programme, if ULS UNIQUE LOYALTY SERVICES LTD believes the Member and/or Membership Number is not being used in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Members earn both Reward Points and Status Points on qualifying purchases at the Programme participating stores (as stated below in ‘Qualifying Purchases’), which depend on the Members’ participation level (ULS UNIQUE LOYALTY SERVICES LTD “Level”) as defined by their Status Points collection. Please, see the FAQs section on unique-ermes.com.cy for further details. ULS UNIQUE LOYALTY SERVICES LTD reserves the rights to substitute and/or change these Levels at any time in its discretion.
Only Reward Points can be redeemed. Status Points determine a Member’s level, as described below in ‘Unique levels and benefits’.
Any increased Reward Points per €1 spent will take effect on the day after the purchase which takes a Member’s expenditure into a higher threshold and the increased points will not apply retrospectively to any of the previous day’s purchases within that higher threshold.
In order to collect Points, Members must mention their Membership Number at the time of payment.
Points are credited in accordance with one of three different product categories:
Requests to collect Points from transactions at a time later than that of the respective transaction will be granted only if made within 30 days from the day of purchase and only upon demonstration of the receipt.
If a Member is given a refund or other financial adjustment on any transaction, the Member’s Points balance will be adjusted according to their final transaction.
The maximum number of Reward Points a member can earn within 12 months is 15,000.
Members can earn Points on purchases made at any of the Programme’s participating stores.

Reward Points will be credited onto the Member’s account and shown in their Member Area. Reward Points are available for redemption at any time, within a period of 12 months from the day they were credited. Any remaining Reward Points after this period will become void and cannot be redeemed.
Reward Points may be redeemed in full or part in batches of 500 at checkout upon demonstration of a form of personal ID. For every 500 points, €2.50 is deducted from the Member’s bill, given that the bill (before points deduction) is higher than the total value of the points to be redeemed.
Any refunds or financial adjustment made to a purchase using Reward Points will be credited to the Member’s Points balance (or account).
Members will participate in different Levels according to their total accumulation of Status Points. There are three Levels in this Programme: White, Red and Black.
For details about the minimum required amount of Status Points to be accumulated in order to advance to or sustain participation in each Level, please see below.
White level - Reward Points earned are not multiplied
From the date a Member joins Unique, they need to accumulate 1,500 Status Points within 12 months to advance to Red, otherwise their Status Points are reset to zero.
Red level - Reward Points earned are multiplied x2
From the moment Members reach Red, they need to accumulate 1,500 Status Points within 6 months to advance to Black.
From the moment Members reach Red, they need to accumulate 750 Status Points within 6 months, to remain in Red for the following 6-month period, otherwise they will be demoted to White.
Black level - Reward Points earned are multiplied x4
From the moment Members reach Black, they need to accumulate 1,500 Status Points within 6 months, to remain in Black for the following 6-month period, otherwise they will be demoted to Red.
Members are guaranteed to stay in any upper level (Red/Black) for a minimum of 6 months. That is, if a Member reaches the Red level on 10 March, they will stay at this level until 9 September of the same year. Status Points cannot be redeemed, nor are they multiplied according to the level a Member is in. Status Points will be reset to zero whenever a Member advances up or down through a level. Members have 12 months from their joining date to try to advance, otherwise Status Points will be reset to zero.
Points and benefits are subject to availability and ULS UNIQUE LOYALTY SERVICES LTD reserves the rights to substitute and/or change these at any time in its discretion.
In addition to collecting Points, Members have the right to participate in draws, competitions or other promotional activities. Further terms and conditions and rules of participation for each such activity will be made available to the Member during each promotional activity.
The rewards, offers or prizes must be taken as defined by the Program or its individual activities. No cash equivalent or other alternative prizes are available.
Members are personally liable for any and all fees, costs, charges, claims or liabilities (including taxes) of whatever nature arising from membership.
ULS UNIQUE LOYALTY SERVICES LTD may at any time and in its absolute discretion refuse or revoke any Member’s participation to the Programme, in which case that Member’s Points will be forfeited and their Points Balance will be cancelled.
ULS UNIQUE LOYALTY SERVICES LTD is NOT responsible for any claims, consequential cost, expenses or damages of whatever nature, injury, suffered by the Member. Members are personally liable for any and all fees, costs, charges, claims or liabilities (including taxes) of whatever nature arising from their membership of the Programme.Members shall notify the Unique by Ermes Customer Service Department team of any change of address or other personal details and of any damage, theft or loss of their membership details.
ULS UNIQUE LOYALTY SERVICES LTD shall not be liable for any damage, theft, loss or unauthorised use of any Member Number or Points and Members are strongly advised to keep their membership details safe and secure.
ULS UNIQUE LOYALTY SERVICES LTD is entitled to exclude, suspend or even cancel the participation of any Member from this Programme or any of its offers, in case of any breach of these or other terms and conditions or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect or believe misuse of the Programme.
These terms and conditions do not affect Members’ statutory rights. For any information, complaints or requests regarding the Programme, you may call Unique by Ermes Customer Service Department team at 8000 5888.
ULS UNIQUE LOYALTY SERVICES LTD reserves the right at any time to amend, modify or change these terms and conditions, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this Programme, or any aspect thereof, without notice, for any reason which ULS UNIQUE LOYALTY SERVICES LTD reasonably deems necessary.
If there is any difference between the terms and conditions as set out on unique-ermes.com.cy and other information provided in relation to the Programme, the terms and conditions on unique-ermes.com.cy will prevail.
These terms and conditions are governed by Cypriot law and are subject to the laws of Cyprus, whose courts shall be the courts of exclusive jurisdiction.
