  • Will I receive a ‘Unique by Ermes’ membership card?

    'Unique by Ermes' is a cardless rewards programme, so you will not receive a typical membership card. Your mobile phone number is your Unique membership number.

  • How do I earn points?

    You earn reward points and status points when you make purchases at any of the participating stores. Before paying for your items at the checkout, simply tell the cashier that you are a member of 'Unique by Ermes' and tell them your personal membership number (your mobile phone number).

  • How many points do I earn with my purchases?

    The points you earn from your purchases are as follows:

    • 4 points for every €1 spent on Beauty - Fragrances, Makeup and Skincare
    • 2 points for every €1 spent on Fashion - Clothing, Footwear, and Fashion Accessories
    • 2 points for every €1 spent on Home & Seasonal - Furniture, Furnishings and Accessories, Toys, and Seasonal items such as Easter/Christmas products
    • 1 point for every €1 spent on DIY & Home Improvement
    • 1 point for every €1 spent on Food & Groceries
    • 1 point for every €1 spent on Eating Out

    Moreover, the reward points you earn are multiplied by the factor that corresponds to your level of participation:

    • White level - reward points earned are not multiplied
    • Red level - reward points earned are multiplied x2
    • Black level - reward points earned are multiplied x4
  • How do I redeem my reward points?

    Before paying for your items at the checkout, simply tell the cashier that you are a member of 'Unique by Ermes' and how many reward points you want to redeem. Then, just demonstrate a form of personal ID and mention the mobile phone number you provided when you signed up. Points can be redeemed in batches of 500. Please note, for every 500 points, €2.50 is deducted from your bill, given that the bill (before points deduction) is higher than the total value of the points to be redeemed.

    Here's an example. If you have 650 reward points, you can redeem 500 points whenever you want to, and the remaining 150 points will remain in your account. If you have 1,360 reward points, you have the option - if you wish - to redeem either 500 or 1,000 points, while the rest 860 or 360 reward points, respectively, will remain in your account.

  • What are levels and what can I do to reach them?

    Levels make the whole ‘Unique by Ermes’ experience more rewarding. There are 3 levels: White, Red and Black. Everyone starts in the White level. When you have accumulated a total of 1,500 status points, you automatically advance to the Red level where your reward points are multiplied x2. And when you have accumulated another 1,500 status points while you’re in Red, you automatically advance to the Black level where your reward points are multiplied x4.

    From the day you join Unique, you have 12 months to try and earn enough status points to advance to Red, otherwise your status points are reset.

  • How long do I stay in the upper levels (Red and Black) of the programme?

    You’re guaranteed to stay in any upper level for a minimum of 6 months. That is, if you reach the Red level on 10 March, you will stay at this level until 9 September of the same year.

    During your time in an upper level, if you earn enough status points (750 for Red, 1,500 for Black) by the end of your 6 months, you will continue to stay in that level for the following 6-month period, unless of course, you earn enough status points to advance to a higher level!

  • What if points from my purchase have not been credited to my account?

    Following the moment you make a purchase, please allow up to one (1) day for the points to be credited to your 'Unique by Ermes' account. If your points have not been credited in time, please contact us at the Customer Service of any Debenhams Department Stores or send us a message at info@unique-ermes.com.cy with the subject 'MISSING POINTS' and we will take care of this issue within five (5) working days. Please include your membership or mobile number in the email, along with your first and last name.

  • What happens to my points if I change a transaction?

    Your points balance will be updated in accordance with your final transaction.

  • If I forget to collect points when making a purchase, can they be added at a later date?

    Yes, it is possible to make a request for missing points, if you kept the receipt. Within 30 days of purchase, please take your receipt to a Customer Services desk at Debenhams or Superhome Center, and a representative will do their best to credit your account with the missing points.

  • Can my points be transferred to another membership account?

    Your membership account is strictly personal. However, you can transfer reward points from your membership account to another membership account upon a formal request at the Customer Service of Debenhams Department Stores.

  • What happened to my points earned from Ermes Club or Beauty Club?

    Any unspent points you’ve earned on those programmes will not be transferred to your Unique Account, but they will be available for redemption, in accordance with the updated terms and conditions of Ermes Club or Beauty Club.

  • Do my points expire?

    Your reward points will be valid for 12 months from the day they are credited to your account. Reward points that are not redeemed within 12 months lose their validity and cannot be redeemed. But, don’t worry. When the expiry date approaches, you will be notified by us, so that you won’t lose your rewards.

    Status points determine your Unique level and cannot be redeemed. Your status points will be reset to zero whenever you advance up or down through a level. You will have 12 months from the day you join to try to advance, otherwise your status points will be reset to zero.

  • What should I do if my personal details change?

    Since your mobile phone number is used as your personal membership number, it is essential that your phone number and contact details are updated if anything changes. Your personal details can be updated online in your Member Area when you log in at www.unique-ermes.com.cy. Or, you can visit any Debenhams Department Stores and ask the Customer Service department to update your account details for you.

  • How can I cancel my 'Unique by Ermes' membership?

    You may cancel your 'Unique by Ermes' membership at any time, online in your Member Area or by emailing us at info@unique-ermes.com.cy with the subject: "CANCEL MY UNIQUE BY ERMES MEMBERSHIP." Please include your mobile number in the email, along with your first and last name.
